Vendor Policies & Procedures

UPON BOOKING ONE OR MORE TABLES, EACH VENDOR AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Each vendor and their associates/employees (“Vendor”) shall act professionally and respectfully. Rude or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Genesis Card Show is for collectors of all ages, and it should be a friendly and safe environment for everyone. *This includes behavior towards other vendors, AND Genesis Team Members*

2. Vendors must abide by all laws, Venue rules and reasonable instructions from Venue employees and Genesis Card Show. Genesis Card Show is not responsible for any Vendor’s actions.

3. Vendors cannot sublet their tables without pre approval from Genesis Card Show. (minimum 14 days before the show). Subletting tables can lead to booking cancellation, removal from show, or temporary or PERMANENT suspension for both parties. With NO REFUND.

4. Vendors must check in at the registration table on Saturday between 7:00 AM & 9:00 AM.

5. Vendors who have not checked in by 9 AM on Saturday must wait in the lobby until after our VIP attendee line is let into the show.
​
6. ALL VENDORS + team members must show photo ID at vendor check in.
​
7. Vendors must wear a vendor badge. Only vendors can have a vendor badge.
​
8. Vendors must be ready for customers by 9:30 AM on both days. Vendors must remain open and not begin breaking down until 5:00 PM on both days.
​
9. Vendors are required to follow state and local laws regarding sales tax and business licensing.
​
10. Vendor fees are non-refundable. Vendors who cancel more than 30 days in advance will be given full credit for a future show. Vendors who cancel less than 30 days in advance will be given credit for a future show minus a $25 administration fee per table. If a Vendor does not communicate or does not show up for the show, there will be no credit issued, and the Vendor may be banned from future shows. Credit expires after twelve months. *Credit will only be issued if the tables can be resold. All cancellations must join back on to the waitlist, if we have availability, we will invite you as soon as possible.

11. Vendors must have appropriate products and behavior at the sole discretion of Genesis Card Show. Vendors cannot sell food or beverages. Any vendor caught selling counterfeit, stolen or products that have been tampered with will be permanently banned.

12. Vendors cannot move or adjust any table placement without written consent of Genesis Card Show or direct verbal consent of show hosts. Stackable's, and shelving must be convenient and respect neighboring tables space and line of view. Vendors cannot block or obstruct fire doors, exits and walkways. - By clark county fire mashall.

13. Table placements, and requests are considered, but are not guaranteed.

14. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Genesis Card Show, its affiliates and the Venue harmless against any and all claims for damages, liabilities, theft and other costs or losses caused by Vendors or any other person (Attendees). We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. It’s your responsibility to use the proper percautions to deter theives, e.g. Cameras etc. If you catch an attendee in the act of stealing, do your best to have them give you your items, request that they stay exactly where they are, take a picture of them, ask that a team member, or neighboring vendor contact a Genesis Card Show team member, or event security. Event security will detain them, remove them from property, or involve law enforcement. Do not physically harm them. If an item is stolen, and you have the footage, please have the footage ready for the team to observe, so actions can be taken efficiently.

15. Vendors may not use speakers without the consent of Genesis Card Show. Vendors may not engage in any activities that are disruptive to attendees, other Vendors or the event.

16. Gambling, games of chance, spin wheels and paid raffles are prohibited. - By Nevada state law. Paid Raffles: (Nevada Consistution: Article 4, Section 24)

17. No firearms or weapons are allowed.
​
18. All Vendor displays must be reasonable in size, appearance and content. Displays may not obstruct attendees, other Vendors or exits without approval of Genesis Card Show.

19. Vendors and Genesis Card Show will promote one another and strive for a successful event.
Vendors who choose to not follow the above rules may lose the opportunity to be a vendor at Genesis Card Show Temporarily or PERMANENTLY.

A legal disclaimer
VENDOR TERMS
All vendor table purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances. If a vendor is unable to attend the event for any reason, they will be eligible for a one-time table rebooking credit for a future event, subject to availability and prior notice provided at least 72 hours before the event date. This credit does not apply to no-shows or last-minute cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance.
NO EXCEPTIONS will be made for refunds due to personal, scheduling, weather-related, or other unforeseen circumstances.

CODE OF CONDUCT
All vendors are expected to maintain a respectful and professional attitude toward staff, customers, and fellow vendors at all times. Any form of disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior—including but not limited to verbal abuse, threats, or harassment—will result in immediate removal from the event without refund and a permanent ban from all future shows and events hosted by us.
We reserve the right to enforce this policy at our discretion to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone involved.
